Following the overwhelming success of last year's event, we are again holding a two day Food Destination with lots to do for all the family who are passionate about local food. The event is to be held at a very special location as Dingles Fairground HeritageCentre is the home of a collection of truly wonderful Fairground rides and attractions. As well as lots of local food producers, many local Chefs will be sharing their tips and expertise in the two demonstration kitchens, one of which will focus on providing children with a chance to get involved. Chefs who have already told us that they are coming include Jason Hornbuckle, Steven Pidgen, Ross Tregidgo, Peter Gorton and Jacques Marchal. There will be live music throughout the weekend to make the event go with a swing and visitors can either sample the wonderful food on offer at the cafe and food stalls or bring a picnic.
